Return policy

We want you to love your purchases with us! We provide store credit or even exchange within 21 days of purchase of your purchase online. Item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached and no signs of wear, deodorant or makeup stains to be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return label shipping cost. Items purchased on "SALE" are final sale and will not be eligible for return. 

Returns are only processed during the week and may take 3-5 days to process once we receive your return. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business  days to process based on your bank. 



Items eligible for return MUST be in new, unworn, sellable condition with all tags attached. If we receive a returned item that has been damaged, worn, altered, laundered or is missing the tags then no credit will be issued to you. The item will be returned to you, you will be charged for the return shipment and you will forfeit all claims.



Sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange, online credit or refunds of any kind.



If an item you have purchased is defective please email us at immediately. We will replace defective merchandise returned to us within 10 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.



Once an order is placed (including pre-sale orders) it cannot be cancelled. Please be a mindful shopper!
